Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION OF ORDER/REGISTRATION BY THE CUSTOMER

For any cancellation of an order/registration (full or partial), the customer must:

a) Send an email to conferences@rc.aueb.gr
b) Call +30 210 8203830

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER/REGISTRATION BY THE COMPANY

The customer's order/registration may be canceled for any of the following reasons:

a) If a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price or description of the product/service.
b) If the product/service ordered is unavailable due to limited availability, and the system has not been updated in time.
c) If the customer does not correctly use the platform’s order/registration system.
d) In cases of force majeure.

 

WITHDRAWAL – REFUND OF ORDER/REGISTRATION COST

The cancellation of the registration of a delegate/convenor with refund is applied on a case-by-case basis.
